प्रणम्यशिरसादेवंगौरीपुत्रंविनायकम्।।

भक्तावासंस्मरेन्नित्यमायु:कामार्थसिद्धये।।।।

द्वादशैतानिनामानित्रिसंध्यं: पठेन्नर:

विघ्नभयंतस्यसर्वसिद्धिकरंप्रभो।।।।

विद्यार्थीलभतेविद्यांधनार्थीलभतेधनम्

पुत्रार्थीलभतेपुत्रान्मोक्षार्थीलभतेगतिम्।।।।

जपेत्गणपतिस्तोत्रंषड्भिर्मासै: फलंलभेत्

संवत्सरेणसिद्धिंलभतेनात्रसंशय: ।।।।

अष्टभ्योब्राह्मणेभ्यश्चलिखित्वा: समर्पयेत्

तस्यविद्याभवेत्सर्वागणेशस्यप्रसादत: ।।।।

  1. Pranamya shirasa devam…: Bowing the head to the divine Lord Ganesha, the son of Gauri, to be ever remembered for the attainment of lifespan, desires, and wealth.
  2. Prathamam Vakratundam cha…: The first as Vakratunda (twisted trunk), the second as Ekadanta (single-tusked), the third as Krishna Pingaksha (black-eyed), and the fourth as Gajavaktra (elephant-faced).
  3. Lambodaram Panchamaam cha…: The fifth as Lambodara (large-bellied), the sixth as Vikata, the seventh as Vighnaraja, and the eighth as Dhoomravarna.
